What have you done to your P5 today?

yea i feel you, somedays i feel like it was a whole lot of work, for not so much output
if i would have put this same amount of money into a suby, evo, or even an srt4, i would have had a fast ass car lol

And that's the same thing I tell outlawstar all that money for nothing when you could get a sick evo .But he loves his car so that I can understand.Everyone just does their own thing and I respect that. That's what make's these cars fun turbo or not.

lol I just have the pic of the two together thats the most up to date one.workin on the metal centers now giving them a good polish and they look great so far. Will paint the last two wheels over the weekend along with my harness bar.

IT'S ALIVE!!!! Got the car towed to an engine shop today with a mechanic that knew his s***. 6 hours later, the car is driving like new. All it was was a couple of faulty injectors and fried spark plug wires. I'm going to firestone tomorrow to argue and get my money back for the "diagnostic" they ran. All the retards had to do was plug the scanner in and pull the code for the flashing CEL.

damn that is good news congratz

I can't remember but he said the flashing CEL was the PCM or something like that. I can get the details for you cause I'll probably call him tomorrow to get details I can argue with the firestone guys about.

Thanks you guys!

Oh and JDM, those wheels look SICK! Can I haz?

Haha I would but I made the decision to stop buying any more things for the car after this little fiasco. It quickly showed me how the financial situation can be turned upside down.

Yea, codes were for random misfires, cylinder 1 misfire, upstream o2, running high rpms, cat deficiency, and two others I cannot remember...

Well Ivan... sounds like you learned my dad's motto the hard way. 95% of the time, it all comes down to the basics. Air, Fuel, Spark.

dam dude, u had that many? jesus christ....ive never even heard of the running high rpms one, it kinda sounds like you may have a vac leak somewhere
the coil on cyl1 is good?...im tellin you man, you should have fixed the problems as they showed up, looks like that bad idle problem came and bit u in the ass this time

Got done with the center caps they look great polished but I hope I never have to do them again.

i appreciate the ten dub.

jdm, those wheels are sick, quit drooling over them, paint and mount on the car already! We are all tired of being teased!

fish, congrats on the running p5. Just like satimiko said, always check for air, fuel and spark.

updates for me would be i recieved my v3 mazdaspeed lsd and will be getting it welded before install. Also, those of you (non-abs) what all is needed for installation? I am hearing different things that needs to be done such as machining of the diff and speedo gear changing.
My AWR oil pan should be in really soon or fedex and I will be having some "not so pleasant" words.

Well, random misfire was already on there, but I replaced damn near everything and couldn't get rid of it...didn't idle at all bad or anything, just was always on...as for the other 6, they just showed up the other day...I am sure it is not related to an random misfire I ran on for 50,000+ miles...
