Considering getting the Sunlight Silver painted with the flat black. The whole car, not just the roof or hood. Whata think???

I've seen a couple cars with matte black on the road. It just don't look right. Makes you want to put clear coat on it lol. Matte also reminds me when back in the day people would primer their Low Riders gray or brown and left it that way and put all the chrome/gold plated moldings and wheels on which I think matte looks better on LRs than they do on any other vehicles.

it reminds me back in the days where chevelles, novas, and mustangs (or basically any hotrod) with black or gray primers.

Spend a few hundred bucks and vinyl wrap it for a few months first. At least that way, when you get tired of people asking when you are going to get that primered POS painted, you can peel it off and be done. Plus, when you traded it in for another car in a couple years (you will not own this car forever, no matter what you post now) it is worth more than $1500.

Agreed...my thoughts exactly.

After a wax would it be shiny again? lol Seriously I like the matte idea, and look...but what about cleaning and protection?
