I like all the engine bays in here - some are really well put together.

The 323 is stock, so 164 bhp, call it 140 whp...definitely not a fast car as fast cars go, and it wasn't built to go fast in straight line. I have the Probe for that.

It made 504 whp/449 wtq @ 20 psi on a Garrett T3/04E last year through a 2.5" downpipe and stock intake manifold. Hope for about 550whp at 20 psi later this year as I made some changes to free up flow in and out of the engine. If it all goes well and I have enough traction and don't break anything it should be quick enough for 9s, but things don't always pan out as you plan them, so we'll see.

The new turbo is a Comp Turbo CT467, 4" downpipe, custom IM, and icebox/liquid intercooling.

No, those days are far behind. Crower rods/JE pistons, ARP hardware, Interprep bits in the cyl. heads, the usual stuff.

Yeah, they've never seen a stock KL rod. Those things are toothpicks.

Dan- just seeing pictures of your probe makes me regret selling my mx6. I also had a built motor but nothing that ridiculous. It was the same as Gandarilla's KL if you are familiar with his mx6 except I had 210 degree cams and I don't think he did. Hopefully the guy who bought it will get it making 400whp like it was made to do.

One pic with the hood open, one pic closed (from the same position.) Photoshop merge the two together, set feathering and delete the hood.

Turned out OK, but the pic was underexposed unfortunately. I'm doing a photoshoot Sunday so we'll get some better ones then. I'm also missing something in this picture...can you find it?!
