Mines not too clean in the pic above, but Simple Green & water goes a long way. Then an exterior/trim detailer for hoses and such to make em nice & shiny.

would that affect the paint on the VC? jus want to know if i should avoid spraying them or if it doesnt matter.

Simple Green is just an eco-friendly degreaser. It's never hurt any paint I've used it on...

Fresh pics vc is not as orange as it appears in the pic and I'm thinking of trimming down the ss heatshield over the steed mani. I was trying to accent it without just covering it up...

Yes its just a 1/4" aluminum plate bolted to the rad brackets. CS radiator is on the way so it will be coming out.
