So, I learned something important. If you take a vehicle to the body shop, ensure that before you leave, the car is how it's supposed to look, but better.
They didn't reconnect my driver side fog light and broke the plastic cover to my driver's side tail light (corner)
FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
you didnt do a walk around when you picked it up????
i wouldnt have taken it to a body shop that was quoting half the price of others... usually ends up costing you more to fix their **** ups

yeah, that was my first mistake.
except for the point that I was paying cash for this, and I had the $1600 they were asking, not the $3300-$3700 the other guys were.
oh well, I wanted to get smoky tails anyway....and at least my dent is gone.
Got this new windshield mod..
oddly enough, when i got front end dmg from road debri, my windshield crack was in the same EXACT spot, and the widening crack looks the EXACT say way as yours. WEIRD weird... maybe its a specific weak spot in the OEM glass, haha.
yay just to confirm. The MS6 windshield is different than the normal 6. Vin window placement n all. So make sure they dont install the wrong one like mine did after i had already warned them!!! haha.

I got mine replaced by Apple Auto Glass, they put in a regular 6 windshield and said they never heard of the "mazdaspeed 6" windshield... it fit perfect with no issues and there was nothing wrong with the vin.

Yeah it was weird that it started out so small and spread like it did. But as hot and humid as it has been here it didn't really surprise me any. I got a new windshield today and it was the right one. VIN placement was dead on.
i guess thats where i have aslight case of OCD... i constantly walk around mine... and unfourntinatly have a hawk eye for damage/imperfections... if i had work done like you just did i'd probably notice dirt in the paint before i got to noticing they smashed my tail light
I'm sitting in a tire shop waiting for them to even get my car on the lift... Going to get an alignment done... Hopefully there is a clear problem and it'll get fixed.
Wow, the tech fails at driving my car. First he thinks he's in reverse and nearly smashes into a curb, then he peels out after I tell him how to reverse. Hats funny is that even mazda techs would probably do that or stall it.

wow... a guy that works for a tire shop that cant drive a normal 6 speed, wtf.
i mean yea the clutch is weird but the gears are all the same. how hard is down, left,up?
a lot of 6-spds are still far right and down

Everything I ever ordered from rpm never showed it leaving the warehouse via tracking but always showed up on my doorstep mysteriously like that.
Their shipping speed is decent, their tracking info....not so decent.
