Iridium spark plug question

Can anybody tell me if I want the " stock " option, or the " one step colder " option in the drop-down menu?

Thanks bro. I'm also buying a voltage stabilizer and an hps sri. Monzta advanced timing mod and throttle body mod will be done once all this stuff is put on. Should be running like a champ after these couple things.

and i use NGK IX Iridium spark plugs and my car and love them! I actually gained some gas mileage, and some throttle response! (my old plugs were pretty old and cruddy lol) and my car is N/A
