RX-8's would probably be better if you were puttin down some serious power to the ground though. there's a guy around here who fully built his engine and he spins all the way through 3rd gear on the stock 215's

^ kinda trips me out that tires weigh more than wheels...
Heck, I have a hard time at part throttle. So I order TRZ (Street) from PG today.
Tells you how well designed the wheels are! Race tires, which have much less tread, will weigh less than the wheels by quite a bit.
I replaced my rear rotors and painted my calipers this weekend.
Crappy picture for now.. I am letting them cure for a day or so before I drive it out and go take pictures.

It is quite nice on the v1.07 maps to see load in the 240's! Having no cap has helped me out tremendously. You're already pushing a lot of tq, so let's hope your bottom end is up to the challenge for more.

^^ hehe... i painted mine black which is obviously easier to maintain. but i'm amazed at how clean the rears are. it's really just the fronts(calipers/wheels) that seem to get dirty so fast.
Yeah.. I had a hell of a time prep cleaning the front calipers! Hahaha. Hopefully if I just keep an eye on everything and wipe them down every week they'll stay pretty fresh.

If it were me, I would have painted them gloss black and put some white "mazdaspeed" decals on 'em. Just never been a fan of white calipers.
