So, im looking at buying me a set of rims. First option is 18x9 with a 15 offset. haha for some reason im doubting it but with a fender roll, i think they might fit. Second ones are 18x9.5 with a 25 offset. What you guys think? is it a no go for sure or can i work something out?

Hell no. Unless you roll with like -10 degrees of camber.

i know someone who fitted 9.5 +22 on a is300 and its pretty nice. i dont know if is300 fenders are wider tho.

haha i thought so. My buddy has a 1992 240sx with a pontiac gto swap that he put those rims on. Volk te37 replicas. 18x9 with a 15 offset and he said he could make it fit and look SICK. so, well see how that goes. If they fit, ill do it cuz it would look BADDDDD. :)

just test your friends rims on your car and see if it fits. or just test fit some rim of that size before you buy a set.

There is always the option to roll or pull the fender a bit.

With that low of an offset, that will not help. With fender rolling and pulling he might be able to squeeze an 18x8 at 30mm offset with some 225/40-18 tires and that will still need some aggressive camber.

Those are at 30mm and 18x8 with almost 2 degrees of camber and stills stick out.

i honestly got a feeling ill do it. And if i do, ill post picks. It will look BADDD. How do them mofos do it on the evos? They put like 10 inch rims with a 15 offset and it works. :) well see how this little experiment works

nice you will do it! will be some nice info for the community! evo have LARGE fenders. thats why hey put 10.5 +18 rims with 285 tires...

the speed 6, sadly, has narrow wheel wells and dont provide much clearance. you might wanna get under there with a tape measure before you plunk your money down.

3 degrees...

Lol, before my alignment... stock rims and tires FTW!!

But more seriously, if you could pull that off (if there is a way) do post pics, that would look unreal, interested to see the setup you would have to go through

18x9 +15 and 18x9.5 +25 will poke out 16mm and 12mm further than my setup in the rear as well as 28mm and 24mm in the front. In short, don't do it.

what setup are you running?

You physically can but you shouldn't. For the fronts, the lowest you can go with 18x8 is +30 with around -2* of camber w/ a 225/40/18. Obviously, you want a higher offset if you want wider wheels. 245's should fit no problem with the correct offset.
