Loud clunking from rear on bumps

gotcha

the clunky noise was no joke though. i thought my shocks broke

I just brought my car back from the shop after getting belt tension assembly fixed... and my cp-e intake is falling off. Last thing i wanted was another expensive repair...

Im waiting for the weather to warm up so i can take off the bumper to examine wtf happened with the intake lol

Sounds like you really need to start paying closer attention to your car and what's going on. I'm a bit paranoid so I investigate everything. Let us know how things work out for you.

So I'm getting bad clunking sounds from my rear suspension...started happening after Cobb rsb. I just checked the endlinks and they seem pretty tight. I even looked up into the wheel wells and looked at the rear shocks! Car is lowered on bc coils

I've had to replace my rear shocks, but only because I hauled a motor and two trannys back from florida with it. In over 60k miles this car has not given me any trouble. I do my regular maintenance on it and that's it. I have owned cars with problems, this is far from being one of them.

I had the same clunking, got under the car one day and found my driver side endlink nut was missing. Endlink was just flopping around. I just got off the phone with the dealer, service guy said the bolt was stripped and they couldn't get the new nut (I had to special order it for 2$) on the endlink bolt. So i have to replace the whole part for $110 otd.

I will be checking these nuts monthly now.(protest)

You got robbed. The rear endlink at a local dealer is $25, and the nuts are $1 a piece.
