1997 protege program remotes

How in the world do I program my factory remotes for my LX Mazda protege. I've tried the ignition on off 3 times push the little black button 3 times nothing HELP PLease this is driving me crazy bought on ebay and lost the instructions to do it HELP(killit)

If email who you got the remote from and see if they can send you more instruction or how to do it. I know the dealer can do it also.

Chris there is a black box about 3"x3" under your drivers dash by the foot controls and fuse box. That is the wireless/security box.
To program remote, pull down box it is held up there by plastic ties. There is a button on the box. That button will progrxm the remotes. Turn ignition on than off and on again push button on box than push remote that you want to program. That should be all that it takes. You can program up to 4 remotes. If you want to clear all remotes push button in for ten sec. And it's all cleared ready for new remotes.
