Just Ordered! 2.0L Headers

bringing this one back from the dead, but did you do the install yet? If so, any pictures of the header installed? Did you run into any trouble with the install or with leaks? Did the EGR fitting line up to the EGR piping?

I'm considering getting the same header. For the price, you can't beat it as long as it does fit right and work well.

Did you also spring for the UDP? If so, which one did you get? Has anyone tried the OBX one? If so, how are the harmonics on it? (Basically asking if it's balanced well.)

Check out my cardomain page, pics and descriptions of the install are there (link in my sig) and no I havnt gotten the UDP yet

So was it that header that was clanking away at the oil pan? ...and your fix was to to a header wrap and band clamp around that section and use a steel band clamp to tie it off to something? Any leak from the EGR?

...long story short, it seems although the header was dirt cheap and in the end you feel a difference, you get what you pay for with the EGR fitting being wrong and the curves clearly being off b/c they touch the pan?

Well the header touching the oil pan is a common problem regardless of brand, just no matter how I adjusted it it still touched and I didn't want it wearing a hole in the pan. And yea the EGR was a PITA being completely backwards.

And no leak from the EGR with what I did as far as I can tell

so what did you had to do, in order for it not touch the oil pan? or did you just left it touching? and did the nonfouler worked for the cel ?

The metal bracket wrapped around the header and bolted to the spot where the J pipe bolts to holds it away from the oil pan

And yes the nonfouler works

Oh ok nice.. I was just wondering because I saw that you got a dual cat mid pipe setup.
