Matte Black MSP

Matte black MSP with Orange accents? HOTT

I'd say keep the car Spicy, but I'd like to see a Black Mica MSP get the treatment someday... And now looking at the photoshops, i want to do a matte Titanium on my car... OMG that's good looking!!!

Once I figure out how much a matte overlay would be, I'll make a determination there. At least that way (as suggested) it's removable. Also looking into that black window trim idea that I've seen about these forums. Wondering what kind of labor it takes to do that.

tweakingmsp what program do you use btw? I'm throwing some ideas around in my head and would love to try to see how they would actually look on my car and finally make a decision.

I use Adobe Photoshop. I'm using a really old version. I'd love to have the newest one out, but I'm poor, lol.

"thats the best photochop you can do"? if you told me you shot that in your backyard id believe you.

That's what I was thinking initially. If I didn't know it was a PS'd pic, I'd ask where he lived so I could see it in person!

Thanks guys, something didn't look right to me, that's why I said it's the best I could do. After looking at the pic for awhile, I really want my MSP to look like that.

Ah If only mine weren't yellow already. I'd do it in a heartbeat. Ever since watching the movie 'Mad Max' when it came out, Matte black cars have been gorgeous. lol If someone gets some local pricing in their area, post it up. There are no shops around here that 'wrap' cars, so If it were something I'd want to do, I'd have to travel for it anyways. (bang)

holy crap that photoshop looks really good, not gonna lie I'd love a matte black one. I might be considering it, just because when I looked up online the cheapest gallon of titanium gray paint (that I could find) was 460 something a gallon. Wayy too much for me but at the same time I'd love to be able to keep that stock look :(

I think if your factory finish is still in good shape to leave it alone. Flat/matte is cool if your paint is trashed and you just want to give it a little personality. I've seen numerous photos of gti's and 240's and thought it would be cool. I'd do it on something that wasn't my daily maybe.

i say don't do it. only cuz i'm painting mine matte black. such an original idea. my fav car color too....well, as long as the car is bad ass.

matte black doesn't look good on almost any car. it looks unfinished, ghetto, and like you thought you'd make your car fast by doing it....the only people around me who do flat black, are ricer honda kids, or "drifters" because then they don't worry about paint matching when they f*ck their car up.

From one spicy owner to another, don't do it.

a sure thing is that it will be ''ONE OF A KIND'' but I think matte black is gettin' too ''Honda''

But I would not say no if there is some orange spicy accent...
