can you do me a HUGE favor? can you post some pics of the sides where the lip meets the fender wheel well? (to show how short it is at the ends) also, can you measure the distance around the lip, from end to end? (starting at one end, and measure all the way around the front to the other end?)

I think I've cut more than others, and I plan on doing a bit more... I have some pics of when I first test mounted it, it's been cut & adjusted since, but it will give you the general idea...

As a ballpark, it's roughly 1" short on each side... I have plans to remedy this soon. Just got a lot on my plate right now.

I'm going to try and make it wrap around the back and secure on the back of the bumper also. Did I mention I was going try to use scrap that I cut off of the lip originally to make all of my tweaks? We'll see how it turns out.

i'd still like the measurement, if you can. i have a regular sedan bumper, which isn't "Exactly" the same size as the pro5/MP3 bumper.

yeah, so i can wrap a tape measure around my bumper to see if it will fit.

no problem, i'm in no big hurry. i'm exploring replacements for my mazda air dam, as it gets scraped and banged around. just a matter of time before it bites it. i already had to replace it once, and i cant find anymore.

Bump for an old thread...

Im going to be fitting this up this weekend, wanting to see where people have trimmed plastic and were to bolt it to the bumper... any advice welcome!!
