Mazdaspeed MS3 coilovers, or KW v3 coils, what are your preferred settings?

For those that are using the Mazdaspeed MS3 coilovers, or KW v3 coils, what are your preferred settings?

1) Front Compression
2) Front Rebound
3) Rear Compression
4) Rear Rebound.

5) Height setting.

6) Why are these your preferred settings, and what else have you tried.

This is only for Mazdaspeed or KW coils.
I don't care about settings for BC's, H&R's, or any other brands, as they will not be comparable.... Thanks.

I would like to thank Ken and Josh of Protege Garage for the great deal I got.

My Mazdaspeed coilovers are set at the manufacturer's recommended settings. The mechanic that installed them said he set them a little lower than the recommended height and it looks great.

To me, the recommended settings are fine because I DD my car so it's not too stiff and I track my car three times per year and it performs just fine on the track. I just did a club track day this past Monday at the track in Monticello NY and the car handled perfect. I never felt that I had to adjust the setting on the coilovers, the car was very well balanced, it handled whatever I threw at it.

The Mazdaspeed coilovers, Hotchkins sway bars and the RE-01s tires make this can handle incredible.

I know of another speed3 that has thousands of track miles and the owner has never changed from the recommended settings.

I hope that helps.

07 MS3, Mazdaspeed CAI, Mazdaspeed CBE, Mazdaspeed coilovers, TWM short shifter and bushings, SU rear engine mount, Hotchkins front and rear sway bars, Cobb turbo intake, Cobb shifter weight, Goodridge stainless steel brake lines, Motul RBF600 brake fluid, Hawk plus pads (track only), RE-01's (track only), Dashhawk, Fuel-Filler door.

Do a little searching. There was a guy that posted a really good review with his thoughts. He had recommended setting them a little higher than Mazdaspeed recommends, as he felt lowering the car as much as they suggested made the steering numb.

I intend to set them at their highest setting, this car doesnt need lowering much more than it is.
