haha...we don't have sick, personal or vac days...it's called ET earned time...i get 12.5 hours every 2 weeks to use as i wish...so yesterday was just a winderful day off...cleaning and a nice cruise to the beach...i was in heaven!(sun)

Damn, Mark...that's 325hrs a year.....very nice. I just reached 200hrs of PTO (paid time off) this year and we can carry over a max of 40hrs from the previous year. Anything over 40 is lost.

Doesn't seem to be adjustable for dampening or rebound. Cheap though.

If you plan to Autox I would go with Adjustable dampening/rebound.
