What have you done to your P5 today?

loovee this car...just drove from orlando to miami and back with an 42" lcd tv in the box so even bigger then that...not one hiccup!!! you treat her good and shell treat you good :)

87k miles on the car

deinstalled my scan guage, turbo timer, under dash neons, and hard wired escort radar detector harness....installed scan guage in the miata....sad taking the car apart... :(

Installed weathertech window visors

How do you like them so far? I really want some side visors and almost pulled the trigger on some AVS brand ones from Autozone for $50. My buddy has them on his Mazda3 and he likes them and they look great on the car and are a dark tint. However, they are attached with 3M tape. The WeatherTech brand doesn't use tape but only come lightly tinted but looks much smoother than the AVS.

I don't really know about this...

have u driven my car before? didnt think so
everytime i go to a shop to get my car aligned all they end up doing is hooking up the sensors to my wheels, turning the computer on and everything is in the green
so they dont touch ANYTHING, trust me, ive watched several shops do it
plus the sensors **** up my rims so i think ill save my money and my rims

once you go past a certain point in drop, i dont think they can align your car accurately anymore
as long as im getting even tire wear im good

^^^ ive got an accurate alignment to my specs.... no crazy wear and no pull with -2 degrees of camber all around

I think there pretty cool. Yeah they install in the window channel. On the box it says they come in lightly tinted and dark. I put 3m cf vinyl on mine so it didn't really matter on the tint. Installation was a snap.

yea idk, maybe its just my car
i need to do some serious replacement of my ball joints and steering tie rods, those s**** are WAAAyyyy past due lol

im going to try that thing where you point the dot to the inside to get more camber tomm. (if you know what im talking about)
i rub on the front in some corners so hopefully that'll help a bit

nah, not now anyway....i gave away a lot of the stock parts so i'd have to buy or trade stuff...my exhaust is a;; custom as well...i think i'd miss the extra zoom zoom when i need it!

haha well, if you ever decide to go back to n/a i have a bunch of oem stock parts i'd be willing to trade you ;)

just curiosity, does anyone know if there is a bolt in 6-speed transmission for the P5?
If not, then has anyone ever gone from a 50/16 tire up to a 60/16 tire, and did this make a difference in your RPM's on the highway? ie: were they higher then usual, or lower then usual, and by roughly how much?
i'm just trying to find a way to bring my RPM down on the highway, if i could do that my mileage would be amazing right now it is 12.6km/l i'm not sure if this is good or not for this car, but compared to what i was driving it is a nice change, i don't hear the fill me i'm low alarm going off every time i drive by a gas station

Even if there was a 6 speed that would fit the P5... more than likely your cruising RPM in 6th on the highway would be the same. All the other gears would just be closer together.

he said the rpms would be the same at highway speeds lol
ive ridden in a MS3 and even in 6th gear its still at around 3k when going 60-65 which is about where my car is at
