What have you done to your Mazda6 today?

I wan't my tires flush as well. Im getting nitto neogens this week. After 22K miles my stockers are worrying me in the rain. Any recommendations for size on the stock rims / springs ?

i run 225/40/18s. this friday a buddy is hooking me up with Hankook Ventus v12 Evos.
GREAT tires, fair price, one of the best wet/dry performers according to Car&Driver.

the tires that my cars owner previously went with are not only CRAP but they are dry rotted.
cruddy grip Capitol Negotiators. ROFL. YUCK yuck.

You can actually run a bit larger sidewall for a bit cushier on stock springs.

That looks perfect, good job man...if this is a sign of things to come from your new business, sign me up.

On a side note...OJ called, he needs his glove back...

Looks good. Thats powder coated right?

Still waiting on my first revision from race roots!! 216 hours so far. Supposed to send it today. Still havent got it. Really looking forward to a refund if I dont have it by tomorrow.

That's a hot looking VC. Nice work. Lookin' forward to seeing the finished product.

Found out my polisher won't be here til Monday, no detail weekend for me...boo.

thanks guys.. i hope to have the engine bay project done by the 16th of april.

im also working on something to close up the front vents that used to be for the top mount intercooler so it could get air in the plastic duct work..i want to make it so i could remove whatever i make on a really hot day, but going to shows my engine bay gets dirty all the time because those vents allow the air in, and they have no use if i dont have a top mount.

Does anyone know where Super Shredder is? I haven't seen him around in a long time.

Alternatively, I could look at his profile, but I figured I'd probe the community first to see if anyone knows what's up.

ooooooh man, please please PLEASE take higher quality pix.....those look sick and I'd like to see more detail! The stock MS6 wheels are growing on me and I might do a PC too :)

U better. :)

Ask and you shall receive (nana)

sorry, they need to be cleaned, it had rained the day before, but they are glossy as no other lol and i had to link it, there was no way to get a big enough pic in here, just click all sizes right above the pic and it should pull up the large

question for you guys this happend last week i was on the highway and i was in 4th merging on. and i got up to 3K the gunned it just having fun and what not then at about 4,500 rpm. it seemd to cutout and im not very mechanically inclined but it seemed as i pushed to clutch in a little bit so i lost power and it hasnt really done it since.. im not sure what this could be.. bad gas?? boost leak?? clutch slippage??.. any suggestions?

Threw a CEL last night, haven't driven her too much since I put the TMIC on it. My LTFTs are still around 12 (MSCAI), but my AFRs are looking good, so the ECU is doing a good job compensating (actually running rich, 9.x at WOT). The CEL coded out as P0401, exhaust gas recirculation flow insufficient detected (why does the AP talk like Yoda?) Just prior to the CEL I was seeing a lot of KR (4.x) at partial throttle. The CEL cleared and didn't return but I only drove it about 2 miles after that.

So, not sure about the KR, but my plan of action is to finally do the logging that I need to do to calibrate the MAF and see if things don't improve.

Bought my STI wing for the trunk..SWEEET...can't wait to bolt it on. I think i'm going to paint it civic blue so it stands out...
Then, I'm going to wash it, wax it, and put my "6" vinyl number on the doors, nascar style...badass man.
