New Components or NewTweets+Cap/Inductors for Bose replacement?

Hello Everyone,
I just recently purchased a 2009 Maz3 5dr GT. It has the bose system and as many of you can confirm, it does lack a great deal in the SQ department.

Ive been reading a lot about what those of you have done to upgrade the system and Im currently torn between two options.

I can either go with 6262MS3's replacement of the tweeters and adding caps and coils to adjust the crossover in both the front and rear

OR

I can purchase a 2 ohm component system, like the Infinity reference 6820cs, and replace the speakers and tweets in one shot, bypassing the need for the caps and inductors.

My thinking is if I open up the doors to do 6262MS3's mod, I might as well replace the woofers as well. Yes its a bit more money, but not terribly expensive. This also makes it less painful if I decide to upgrade the Amp/Sub later on, as the other components are already upgraded.

So my questions are: Are the new woofers going to make a big difference and also, which component systems have tweeters that will fit the stock sails? Any suggestions on a component system?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
I look forward to your responses!

You are sitting on a 80-90 watt 5ch amp with wacky DSP

meical,
so are you suggesting I just replace the amp first? I dont know if I can swing a $300 5-channel amp right now. Unless you have any decent cheap suggestions.
