Aggressive fitment anyone?!

yea i noticed it on my struts a while back, the studs arent in the same position on both sides so maybe thats why my alignment is so off lol

+1

so someone clarify for me. all you do is drop the strut from the mount spin the mount 180 deg. pop back in, instant camber?

not sure if its 90 or 180 now, its been so long since I've done it. just replicate the picture and walla.

lol keep dreamin buddy
It's possible, I know it is. Lot's of rolling and pulling. But just can't lower the car much.

on a protege? Sandspeed will have 17x9 sometime march/april. His going to murder those fenders. lol.
I know, I'm waiting. Hehe.

Look a few pages back. I posted a pic of them on the front of my car.
Yeah, I saw that. Looks good. I'd like to see the rear too. I'd like to also see 17x9 with either +45 of lowest +35 though. I think it can be done, just fender work, especially with your height.

soon to be? why did you put those tires on there if your just goin to change them?

i would have waited, cuz tire shops like to **** peoples rims up

Before fender rolling... expensive 225's for traction up front and only 215's would fit in the rear. Had a blow out in the rear replaced it while I was broke with an inexpensive tire then another worn rear had a bubble on the inside sidewall noticed while rolling fenders.

freakishly true! not unless you follow them around to make sure nothing goes bad lol......thats what I do.
the tire guys are so gentle when im standing 4 feet from them.
when putting the wheels onto the car, they slowly place the lug nuts making sure they dont hit the spokes of the wheels.

Soon to be as in... my next tires will be sticky 235's for more contact path in the front then 225 move to the rear to fill the clearance I have now.

Had a blowout in the rear before the fenders were rolled and only 215's would fit. Then as I was fender rolling I noticed a bubble on the sidewall on the other rear

its also good to know friends that care about their cars as much as you do to do that kind of work for you too :)

Quick question for all you. I have rolled my fenders and I I now would like to sit more aggresive. Quick questions for you

- what size spacers should I run?
- what's the thickest spacer I can run with out getting extended lugs

i say 5mm spacer would be all, if you didnt want to upgrade to longer studs.

why not just ditch the current wheels, and get a set of wheels that fit the way you want without the use of spacers?
