What have you done to your P5 today?

because i wana profit from selling my intake and use that money for something cooler, like some jdm stickers lol
jk prefer the stock just too lazy to find stock intake while back.

sucks that i kinda wasted the money on the ebay one. it has the k&n cone filter but eh... ill get myself a k&n drop in with stock intake eventually.

Sooo. Does anyone have fuel mileage or dyno numbers to prove that the stock intake is better?

yeah I would also like to see what the big deal is. Also why is your injen intake so small matt? it looks like its 3" is that normal for injen...? my AEM is 5" wide. and you should sell me your mp3 engine cover :P

I can promise your AEM intake piping is not 5"...my Intake piping to my gt3071 is only 3" and it's pretty dang big.

Side note just got tracking from wheeldude for my Hyperblack 18x8 Rota P1's and also tracking for my Axis Double Bass (oops) Pedals for my drumset :) (reason I didn't spend $1200 on Enkei's instead)

I will admit, however, that the stock intake has looks that can kill when paired with a header. But I do great on fuel with all my mods, so I keep. lol

That and my stock intake just went to the junkyard with Jerry's totaled Protege.

Come on now, fellow musician. You know it's spelled "bass" right. Heh-heh. But I hear ya, it's always good to balance out car parts with music gear. Nicely done!

Stock intake with some modifications. Best of both worlds! (Mine)

I like my stock intake with the cut grille for a 'ram air' effect and K&N filter, wish I had better MPGs though, i've been getting 25-27 lately all in town.

Mine has been around 28, which is a bit low IMO. I am blaming it on the cold weather and winter gas.

25-27 in town is normal. I get that with alot of bolt on mods and a heavy right foot.

do you really? i have been tracking my milage for a lil bit via gauges.. and i have gone.. say... 234 miles on a tank and i have bout a 1/4 left... ( sad face )

about 21 mpg round town... with a trunk ful of subs...
turbo'd i was getting 17.3 mpg on the highway... with minimal boost...
