I wasn't entirely impressed. Juliet is dead...they milked that one for all its worth. Sayid died and came back to life again...it's the island, expect the unexpected. John lock isn't actually John Lock...well at least Sayid came back to life. Random militant people are killed off without us ever finding out who they actually are....but what's with the circle of sand???
I don't know, i just wasn't blown away in awe like i was with the last few episodes of last season. I'm still gonna watch though, I'm just not as enthusiastic about it anymore.

I stopped watching about halfway thru the 2nd season. I have been tempted to watch this year but can't bring myself to do it. Guess I figure I'll be too lost in the story line (pun intended).

The whole Juliet bit was to bring all the emotional drama back and I'm sure to entice new viewers. We knew Sayid was not going to actually die as he's too important of a character. Locke is dead, however the entity that is now Locke appears to also be the smoke monster.
We have seen the sand before, remember the cabin that Jacob lived in, it too had the blacken sand around it. Then at the end of last night the people at the temple were spreading out the sand as well to protect them. Which is odd because in the past the monster came from the temple. Note the reference to one of the dead French people that were stranded with Rousseau and lost the arm.
My biggest questions are:
- What are the 2 inhabitants (Jacob and Locke) of the island?
- What is the island? Why was it underwater in the beginning of this season?
- Why are so many people being used like pawns in a big chess game?
- What is this quasi alternate timeline that appears to be all of them back to normal, but Jack's feelings tell you differently as if he knows something?
I'm guessing the end they'll reveal some sort of alien connection to all of this.

So I got a flat on the snows! pass front and slow leak in the pass rear, looks like either the TD's are going on or my crappy stockers. prolly the stockers til i get two snow replacements! Also the wife wont let me get that truck , after thinking about it, it really isnt my style anyway. It looks nice, but not me. So she told me either I do what I had set out to do on the P5 or nothing at all. So looks like back to square one. Going to get a quote tomorrow on fixing the paint. Think it's going to be around $400. Also started looking around for header and exhaust. Any suggestions on what to get and where to get it?

So is the pool they placed Sayid in the fountain of youth of some sort? They obviously thought that submersing him for a certain period of time was going to do something. Is that how they helped Ben when he was younger??? Man I really need to go back and watch the previous seasons.

Some kind of healing powers for sure. Yes, the "Others" brought Ben there as a child after (funny enough) Sayid shot him when Ben was a boy.
After watching all 5 seasons in a week it's fairly fresh in my mind.
