Should I buy a Used MS3?

dunno where your from, but there are tons of modded 3 series by me. i wouldnt go near a used one. lots of prissy rich kids get em for their 17th bday and mod the hell out of em....badly

No ones forgetting that, but im at 20K miles, and just didnt expect all the creeks, and little annoyances....

maybe I lucked out, but I got my MS3 used and so far haven't had any trouble with it. 15k on the dash and the previous owner was a 40+ yr old woman. She took care of the car for a year and then traded it in for some VW. I've since dropped another 5k on the dash and have not experienced any of the annoyances I keep reading about.

Coming from a Galant, this car is like a vette.

I guess the choice would depend on many factors, but if you rule out the obvious reasons of why not to buy any used turbo car, it's a great car to buy used. I'm happy!

People used to complain about this with Vettes as well, guess they didn't expect it at 40k either. Tight suspension, it happens. People will complain about anything.

i bought a 08.5 MS3 with 7k on it about 3 months ago. No mods were done to the car. I did a few mods and never had a problem.
