What have you done to your P5 today?

I go with 5-30 in winter and 10-30 for spring-fall.
there is a lil difference on startup and sound of the starup (ticks and no ticks) when i dont go with the plan i use currently for oil.

Also ive read that K/N and Mobil 1 filters are the exact same thing, your just paying more for the K/N cause its got the nut welded onto it for easier removal?? then again who knows, i go mobil 1 all the way, everyday baby!!

Scratch-- what size broadway you end up going with?
I bought the 270 convex one, and i took it off to bring inside to clean cause it had some type of adhesive crap on it, and the kid nephew played with it while i was gone and broke it...then i went with 300 and its AWESOME!!! and WIDER! next is the rally 5 panel :D jk jk

I second that, anybody that knows a lot about cars or has been around them a while recommends Wix filters to me. I know their oil and air filters are top quality for paper element filters. Unfortunately the nearest Napa to me is a 45 minute drive across town and there are 3 advances, 2 vatozones and an o'reillys within 10 miles.

hmm, well i was just going by there motorcycle filters, ive been around the ninja forums a while and everybody on there says the WIX filters are crap, or maybe im confusing them with another brand...idk
all i know is mobil1 and K&N have treated me well so im sticking with them

yea those broadways are AWSOME, you see EVERYTHING on all sides. so it definitely helps out alot.
great investment for the car IMO
Broadway > autodim/compass optioned rearview mirror

Question is...Can you still use your visors without knocking the mirror out of place? Not worth the hassle IMO if not.

On another note...While driving in thru the clouds in zero visibility fog a few minutes ago, have found that the 35w 6000k HIDs work fairly great, the actual fogs are useless except to have 4 lights in someone's rear view(maybe Broadway, who knows) & since pointing the HIDs down to be all courteouslike....my brights are now the new fogs! The combo of HIDs & brights worked very well. Even in zero visibilty I have about 75 yards of lit pavement in front of the car. Much better than I had with any halogens/fog combo before with brights being useless in foggy situations. Very happy with the setup.

yes should should be able to. My mirror is set very high up on so the broadway is definitely in the way of the visors. but if i moved it down like i had it before when my radar was up top of the mirror and the mirror was set down low, i was able to use the visor fine, but my radar was in the way...

changed the plugs and oil. really liking the mobil 1 synthetic 10-30
its alot quieter.
about to put my visors back on and maybe order a motor mount or 2

Yeah, I noticed a huge difference in my motor noise. I plan on getting front and side inserts for the motor mounts too.

replaced my battery and thermostat. cleaned my MAF sensor and throttle body. now i have to clean my EGR valve my car is idleing pretty rough.

Just wondering, but are the 2nd Gen RX7, FC's the same rim pattern as the P5...

Thinking of getting these rims from a friend...16" Ronal R9's...

Any idea of the value of these things...he is asking $200 for them and they are in great shape...he said he still has the receipts from when he bought them new in 1990...have BF Goodrich G-Sport tires that have been on for a week...with tires $400...

From what I've found is they're old school lightweight racing wheels. The company Ronal recently left the aftermarket game so these wheels are fairly rare... $400 is a steal. Wat are the specs of the wheels?
