Other than the "custom" factor, why is this better than a Thunder Manifold ?

my guess would be cause the thunder is ugly and cracks? i dunno...it just didnt look good to me at all.

it is possible....he said he made a jig for it, well obviously cause he had to make mine. i can ask him next time i talk to him and see if he's interested.

they are always pretty busy over there with custom stuff so mass producing for him would become very time consuming and stressful and i know a lot of people on here dont have much patience, and i dont wanna put brian in a situation like that. but ill keep everyone posted with what he thinks about it.

that egr bung is from the original manifold, so yes it will. it just unthreads from the stock mani.

yeah basically. same location but its in a runner instead of the collector i guess you could say. not much different though. should be fine. im excited, car's in the book to be worked on next week. shall be done very soon.

even know its stainless ur gonna regret not having it coated, the first sign of moisture that head flange is gonna look like a rust turd!

Yeah you need to ceramic coat it for heat and it will keep it looking good.

No one is going to make our cars a intake manifold. there is just not enough interest, and there is alot of work and engineering that has to be put into a manifold.
