That is for the rear motor mount, a lot of people like them, and would recommend them before you go to a harder mount. That way if you don't like the extra vibrations of this mount then you know you won't want anything harder..
Down side to them is that people say they wear out after a while and become pretty soft.
Another thing to consider (and what I did) is to fill your stock mount with epoxy. I had a harder mount but it go old quickly. So instead of buying something else, you can fill it with 2000psi epoxy and it works great. It absorbs all those idle vibrations but it doesnt have the slop the stock mount has.
