"has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP.(Tell me why this testing is important.)

Continuing your installation of this software may impair or destabilize the correct operating of your system either immediately or in the future. Microsoft strongly recommends that you stop this installation now and contact the hardware vendor for software that has passed Windows Logo testing."

Anyone get this error message on their comp? I don't recall hitting this message but I ended up reformatting my computer. Just curious.

Companys can pay Microsoft to say they have passed logo testing. Just hit "continue" it will be fine.

Not with the dashhawk but I did get that message with other devices. I think it was my zune or a program. Reformatting the cpu always works but I hate doing that.

lol. So, is it gonna be fine or not to just press continue? It works just fine but like I said, just wondering a bit more about the intricacies of it. Sounds like my comp is gonna blow up after installing this... Before my car is har har.

The DH software has never been Vista friendly...is that what you are using? I guess it can work OK on the 32 bit version, but the 64 bit does not like it (unless there is a new version I'm not aware of)
