What have you done to your Miata today?

i did and didn't come across that!! lol

and yes, yes, i am a newb! Been doing lots of lurking on miata.net and clubroadster

Picked up another set of FD rims with some R compound tires. Dying to try them out Saturday at the AutoX

nice. The FDs look good on the NCs (so many abbreviations my head assplode!!! lol)

oh, removed the niteshades off the driver's side taillight lastnight

then took some Plast-X to em and they polished up REALLY nicely and Callie can SEE my brakelights in the daylight now!!

She almost rear ended me the day after I bought it cause she couldn't see the taillights on and the center trunk brakelight bulb was burned out

also ordered the shifter rebuild kit and will be ordering the timing belt/water pump kit off ebay when i get home after i verify it HASN'T been done yet

if you've done the timing belt on the P5, you'll be singing Hallelujah doing it on the Miata. Taking the rad out gives you a ton of room to work. And when I say a ton, I mean a TON

nah, didn't do timing on the P5

but, saw the "How-to" on the Miata forum.

but removing rad won't hurt cause i wanna do rad flush

true true. .

Refresh as many parts as possible. . . lemme shoot Jason an email on those and add em to the box

T-stat and hoses ordered

crap, speaking of, i have one at Autozone for the P5 so i can get the temp gauge off the car!!!

i'll have these parts tonight

trunk - 70
finisher plate - 80
gauge surround hood - 50
DIN pocket under the radio - 10
and subframe braces - 15

Trunk and finisher plate are Monitigo blue , but, i'll get em painted soon

question for Maff i guess.

Would the Prosport sandwich plate fit on the miata? Also, what's the ID on the miata upper rad hose?

no idea on either of those. Your car already has a working oil pressure gauge tho, so... why?

i guess i could put another gauge in its place. . . .

but from what i' ve read, the oil pressure gauge isn't very reliable in the car anyways and everyone upgrades sender units

and i already HAVE all the Prosport gauge stuff

also, Fadi told me it's a 32mm hose, and the P5 is a 30mm hose, so, i'm gonna try to squeeze it in on the upper rad hose
