What have you done to your MSP today?

almost forgot to ask. now that i have my steedspeed mani, i wanna make sure i have everything i need for the install. i'm looking on jegs for some manifold studs but really have no idea what to look for. also, should i get some studs for the turbo and s-pipe while i'm at it? i just wanna make sure that i have new ones in case the old ones break and then i'm stuck with a broken car for a few days.

edit: that's jegs.com

**** jegs...

go with crossover auto.. get 2 sets of the manifold to head studs.. and you should have enough for the turbo too!

On the topic of yellow fog lights. I know I drive a Spicy but I wanna do either yellow overlays on the fogs or just do an HID yellow fog so that way it's all naturally tinted v. overlay. This is done on Photobucket so bear with me but what would you guys think?

LOL sorry mr. goatee. but hey if you like it then rock it. personally with a spicy i would get some tinted ones like damian suggested.

are you going rally racing with that? lol needs lowering bad.

Anyway yellow overlays are iffy on the spicy. I would suggest some 3k HID bulbs, there is a place down on jimmy carter that sells full kits, lifetime warranty for $55

got tires put on those MX-5 rims and tried to mount them up today. rears fit great, looked great. went to put on the fronts and when the lugs are tightened down the inside of the rim touches the side of the caliper. nooooooooooooo! i ordered a couple of 8mm spacers today. anyone know if they will work with the existing studs?

I went with open-ended Muteki (sp?) brand anodized lugs... they go deeper into the rim when they seat, for a little added security. Plus they're blue to match my paint, which I really like!

I don't want tinted because I've seen straight up black tinted ones and I think they look like rubbish. I do personally like this look regardless that it "may" clash with the Spicy.

This I know. Thank you for actually answering my post correctly. I thought since I want the yellow, I'd either fake it by masking the entire thing or get HID's in a bright yellow. The HID's would give a hint during the day and be blazing yellow at night.

Full kits you say? I might have to check with my resident HID dude and see if he can one up that.
