What have you done to your P5 today?

Well today (or should i saw yesterday now) i rear ended a civic. he braked out of nowhere almost hitting the guy infront of him, and i braked but my wheels locked up.........BANG!!!!!! "AWWW F@%$^&*@(^@(^#&^@^@%!!!!" LOL

i bent my hood, front bumper out of place and pushed in, my grilles are cracked in half, and i cant look inside the engine bay cuz if i pop the hood it will probably straighten back out and i wont be able to close it. probably a good 600-$700 job.

Oh and a $166 ticket for it on top of that.

AND to piss me off even more i had just cleaned the fuel system myself today.

Lol...I have been looking for Stock P5 tails for so long as I am paranoid of getting a ticket with the tinted ones I have...everyone wants so much for the stockers though...for $30 more I can get the JDM ones...

Damn Pro5x2 you car is beautiful!

Thanks, i like it too! lol

As to the headlights, chicoloco did the retro.

They're Acura TL bixenon projectors with ZKW replica lenses and Mercedes E55 shrouds with custom fiberglass bucket

And Chico, i'll try again tonight for a "lights off" pic

With the amount of damage you describe 600 or 700 bucks won't even come close.

Pat.

endlink fix was alright until today...left one's fine but the right one is now loose where it connects to the sway bar in the front.

Well I did a full inventory of all the turbo parts today along with bagging and labeling every single piece. Everything is sitting in my basement neatly stacked and labeled ready to be installed. I only need a couple of things now. The silicone piece with the coolant return nipple on it and a 90 degree 2.25" pipe for my FMIC setup. I bought the vacuum hose today as well. The install should be pretty straight forward but it'll still be long. I'm very excited!

When and where is the install day ?

so......tie bar replacement, radiator holdings replacement possibly, bumper, headlights, foglights, and both grilles definately replacing, bushings need replacing aswell and hood needs replacing, and all is going to be blended to the rest of the car.

An Estimate of $2,500 atleast.

Thank god for insurance, no matter how much of a scam it is sometimes.

I almost wish I would've found a headon collision rather than blowing my engine. Maybe if that collision would have happened because of my blown engine. Oh well, bigger-badder-faster-stronger and BOOST!

I picked up my new dd/beater car (2001 Outback, 162,000 miles)

2.2l baby!

I got my inspection done for my Tein rebuild....$700 to get them done... Cheaper than a new set...lol
