mine came from new jersey with holes in the bumper already
saddest part is that PA doesn't require it.
edit: that came out wrong...i mean that there's already holes even though i don't need them. yea you understand.

i dont have the holes. thank god. but i am required to have a plate. and i am gonna get a bracket to move it. just dunno where yet.

total cost: About 7 bucks and an hour...
planning on remaking it to move it in and back... but the way I made it that was the best I could do. I've got a thread on it too... gimme a sec

Texas does too. I just say the bracket broke off and I'm waitin on a new one in the mail. They fall for it every time.

Quick question for those with a wideband. Can I get the welder to put the o2 bung on the end of the j-pipe where it meets the midpipe? Since I have the corksport with no cats it shouldn't matter where I put it right? Thanks guys.
