I didnt like the idea that the fogs we on all the time so I did something different too. I still dont have control over them but they turn on with the parking lights and stay on even with high beams. Just connected a relay I picked up from radio shack in between the connections in the engine bay and used the illumination fuse under the glove box to switch it on or off. Pretty simple and works for me.
