2009 Spring Cleaning Meet - 4/25

Looks like a great day! Boy I need to take a day off and do my car, you allmake me look bad.

Awesome time as always. Only faintly burnt, I'm fairly surprised.

I guess I'm not the only one to spend another 20 minutes cleaning the front of their car just after getting home.

I hate bugs. Must have hit a flock of them.

You should see my bumper after the five hour ride home. I gotta clean the car after the drive home from the clean meet. lol

I didn't have a chance to get the pics uploaded yesterday so I'll try it tonight when I get home from work.

Oh and Mark....you are in Tamz doghouse.

Thanks again to Mark and everyone who let me borrow supplies! Great day, only a minor burn and not too bad of a drive home. I am worn out from this weekend though and not happy to be back at work..

Thanks Mark and Bruce for helping out with Amanda's Jeep. I picked up some bolts from Home Depot yesterday and got everything secured in place. Looks way better than before! Now she wants new rims.

Sorry I couldn't stick around longer, but we had a great time at the Higgins Armory BeerFest instead.

What did u do to that black RX8 with the before/after pic? Wash/Claybar/Wax? OR did u polish it also to get that nice finish? I think im gonna do my truck tomorrow...wish i could get it to look that good.

I didn't take any home with me, but one of my coworkers is importing some from NJ for me this weekend.

As far as the GPS goes, Jess left it up to me if I wanted to keep it or not. I think it is a cool device, I just don't think I need it aside from the rare moments where my directions take flight (rlaugh)

SO Saturday was really great. It was nice to meet everyone and see all them shiny Mazdas. There were some really nice cars there.


I won't be at OCC I don't think but I will try to make as many of these events as possible. Seems to be a really great group of people.

Thank you to Mark & Robin for hosting, and letting us drive all over your nice green lawn

I had a blast. Thank you so much as always!!!!!

Pete B and Sport6 and I had a nice cruise most of the way home. I came home cracked a few beers and started a bon fire and enjoyed the rest of the summer night!

The cruise home was great indeed. I will post the photos from our little pit stop, just gotta black out the tags first. Bonfire and beer sounds like a good way to end the night. Im thinking we could have a meet dedicated to just that! I went home got changed and headed to CT for most of the night to catch up with some old friends. We had a small fire, some cold ones and a hot tub.

Sunday I cleaned the inside of my car. It looks great now. I never did get around to waxing it though, and after my trip to CT its covered in bugs

You missed a good meet Oleg. Jeff and I helped Mark get his coilovers on. Had a heck of a time with the front endlinks. Looks great and rides well.

yes we did! with lot's of help from bruce and jeff...man i missed you...no love for the protege's paint...i washed my car sun though...we need to get together some day and do her up right!!

oh my, i've been drving around on crap for so long....these things are amazing! the ride is so nice, goes over those really bad roads here like glass...it's truly awesome...the new tires help a lot as well! (first)

i might want to lower the car a tad...any advice?
