Coolant is leaking in three places on the lines going to the rear heater.
Van has 106K, and I really would like to keep it. But, I can't see paying a dealer a huge price for replacing the lines.
Anyone know where I can find out more information on how to handle this problem?

Thanks. Do you have any specific info on the recall? Is there a TSB? Is there a date and/or number? I'm pretty sure the dealer will give me an argument over this. The van is almost 7 years old.

There was a recall a couple years back for vehicles in the salt belt. I believe the recall is no longer offered for the MPV so you're on your own for this repair. If you don't need rear heat just plug the line.

The dealer says I'm not of luck.
I have a copy of the TSB, which seems to cover my vehicle, but the list of VINs does not include mine, (VIN JM3LW28J220307314) even though the manuf. date is in the range, and the vehicle is in the group of road salt states (NH). I'm confused.
I'm going to contact the manufacturer's rep for further info.

Thanks for the response.

Some folks have simply cut out the rotted portion of the line and replaced with a suitable flexible hot water hose. This approach will save you hundreds provided you can easily find the damaged part of the line.
