It's 100% new in the package, like my titles says...you can even see the tie-wrap in the pic...

I think you might have misunderstood because I was too vague. I was talking about the $25 dollar billet replacement tranny bracket like here:

I stand quite corrected...please accept my apology. No, it does not have the bracket. Actually until you posted that, I was unaware it even existed.

They want $25 for it...seems a bit much.
