never said I don't blame myself for my car breaking, but there is PLENTY of evidence here on this forum that these cars do break without being beaten on
not to mention the very much extensive list of people who have had their lsd snap on them
sorry i was out for a few days with the flu...so this is late..
i wasnt blaming you or anyone. However, i dont think the evidence is all that large. How many are bone stock, and not raced/launched more than once? Find out the truth in that and i bet it will surprise you.
fact is, 90% of them have some sort of mod or been driven in a way that can contribute to it breaking. Its not a ground up engineered car. We all know the LSD has a problem, so if you launch it just once, take a corner hot and race out of it, you take the risk.
Same with the engine, its underengineered with a too rich tune, yet everyones first goal is to make it faster... its not the cars fault. The only people i would say that didnt know are the first who got one when it came out..they wouldnt know. like when they were turboing mp3's. as im sure you remember lol
So many people dont take the car for what it is and thats when it fails unfortuneatly. Believe me, i wish it was not underengineered but it is and you cant be blind to that (not you in particular, i mean in general). I see posts all the time about how people are tired of the car breaking but if you look at their mod list, most of the time the tranny or engine isnt reinforced. I mean even my 10psi thread could break things. I just put what i felt was reasonable and worked for me, but its not a guarentee as i stated.
Im still on my first lsd. Not saying it wont break but if it does, im not blaming the car.
