got it this morning its the RPMC inlet an i installed it this afternoon, the install was a complete pain in the ass... but it was worth it. thanks Ken @ PROTEGE GARAGE for the good deal (nana) first impressions- no difference in first. 2nd an 3rd big difference though. im kind of bummed how quiet the BOV is now tho. i have an HKS run on VTA and it is soooo quiet now. intake is loud as F***! matched with the injen CAI sounds like a complete monster. overall. i'd really suggest forkin the cash over for one. the gains are pretty damn noticeable. but if you like the sound of your BOV, then i wouldnt do it. haha.

My Forge BPV is as loud as it was before the TIP, why would it be not as loud as before? I don't get it???

not sure, its seems pretty common for the bov to get quieter after you install the turbo inlet.

Well, bov in vta and bpv in recirc are 2 different things...when I see people saying bov I think vta or at least 50/50. When I opened up the air intake/inlet pipe to the turbo on mine it started to sing...couldn't even hear it stock.

when did you order it and how quick did it come? i ordered my cobb inlet on 2/8
it shipped 2/12 and i'm waiting still =)

it was shipped the 18th an got here the 20th. but the original order was place on the 27th of last month through PG but RPMC i guess was dicking ken around on the order an he ended up only being able to get three inlets. but it got here quick once shipped =]

yeah they both get thrown around alot, i have the recirc fitting for the HKS. but my recirc hose gets THE WORST kink in it when i have it on recirc, so i opted and went with the vta to try it an never had a problem with it, so its been on vta for the past 2months probably. im thinking of maybe going with another bov/bpv see how that works... cause the hks is almost just annoying now.

with this ******* INSANE inlet craze, we should have an entire section just for all of these inlet threads seeing as how everyone is getting them and there are so many threads about them.

I will chime in that the BOV did get quieter for me as well. Sort of pissed me off since I liked the whistle I used to get. Now I have to run it in VTA to be able to hear it loud enough.

Yea, I guess for me as long as I'm getting the performance side I'm O.K. It is nice though to hear that PSSHH. After listening again to mine I guess it might be a bit quieter than before but not by much, I still hear it under the hood...
