Need A Part

In the back of my Protege5 on the right side there is a little door that holds the jack. The pannel that door attached to is cracked in half. Is there anyone that has this part so i can replace mine.

Also my Drivers seat on my car creeks and just does not feel as supportive. To be honest it feels a little worn out. Any rebuild kits or even suggestions on that. Down the road I plan to put some Katskins on the seats but i want the structure to be good.

Sorry for all the questions I am just trying to get the car in the best shape i can to make it last another 100,000 miles.

Just changed the Oil to synthetic, transmission (manual) to Synthetic, spark plugs, Airfilter and some other stufff out. I am about to get the timing belt ands the other 2 changed out as well.

I need that too...only $15. I'm going to have to order that!

Ouch! How did you accomplish that?

I did not the previous owner did. i think he or she was in a band cause I found a broken drum stick in with the spare tire along with a life 20 gauge shell(eek). I guess they stuffed in one to mane items... LOL.. the good thing is only I know it is broken. I think for now i will remove the part and use something to fix it for now . i would rather pay to get the timing belt and drive belts replaced first.

smart move (yippy)

I have the entire rear trim set removed in my P5. I just wouldn't know how to ship something like that.

Yeah the shipping would be way to much.. Oh is to far for me to drive too.. oh well some day I will get it..Who knows maybe we will cross path's it is a small world.. LOL

ship it greyhound. seriously. you can buy it a bus ticket from OH to TN, stick it on the bus, and Pro5 can pick it up at his local Greyhound Bus Station.

or you can use the Pony Express.

Not a bad idea - I'd just need to find a greyhound terminal near me (I'm sure there's one somewhere). I'd still like to find/make a box though - not too sure how I'd feel just putting some pieces of plastic on a bus and letting them go.

right. worse case scenerio, just cut a bunch of cardboard and tape it together around the peices.

ive heard of this being done before, but have never confirmed how well it works. thats my disclaimer. please dont blame me if yall give it a try and it gets lost or something lol.
