by by all my by by to the ms3

the 370z and EVO will be great competitors aside from RWD to AWD. To get the rev match you are close to 40k and might as well get a 3 series or G37 but plays right into that price range perfectly. No question Z's have been and will continue to be great cars. I also hate to upset anyone but they handle awesome and on par with an EVO and good drivers in both.

Not many people that drive EVO's keep them bone stock so good luck trying to find a completely bone stock EVO for ego enhancement if you end up with a Z. EVO's become real fast for real cheap(turbo vs. N/A) but personally I wouldn't buy these cars for drag racing. I see Z's all the time around here, they're a dime a dozen. I hardly ever see EVO's though which would be another reason for me to go that route. I don't really like to be just aonther one of the masses.

Maybe, as long as the conditions are near perfect, if not the EVO will have the edge with AWD.

When the car comes out and people start posting videos we shall see. I havent seen many evo X videos but the driver must be on crack to run a mid 13 in an evo. I ran a 13.6 in my speed 6 with nothing but my CAI. I think the 370Z will be fast in straight lines but in the twisties . . . I dont think it can match the evo's AWD / lightweight handling.

The Evo X weighs ~300 lbs MORE than the 370z, and the 370z has slightly better f/r weight distribution (55/45, as opposed to the Evo X's 56/44)...

335 nor g37 are "sportscars" like the z and evo. The z and evo will out perform both. And the person who is looking for "sportscars" like a z or evo won't be looking at a 335 or g37. They would be looking at the 135I which cost more

Wait, are you trying to say that the 135i costs MORE than a comparably equipped 335i?

A M3 is not a sports car? Even the sedan is as much a sports car and gets as good or better ratings than an EVO. Come on... Have you driven a 335 lately? And a G37 most certainly is a sports car as it is the 370's big brother.

135i is not more than the 335i. It is about 4k less. that is why not many 1 series are selling becuase people can get more room and same performance numbers with the 3 for not much more money.

you said you passed on a 350z to get the speed3... I had the 350z and sold it to BUY an MS3. I havent looked back on that. No storage space, less comfort, slower, poor mpg.

here is a pic the day of the sell and swap:

even with my z being fulled loaded up with mods and all the cosmetic crap, I still like the ms3 more.

I'm pretty sure I said 335I not m3.

The g37 is a sports-luxury car. I don't see the g37s numbers looking like the 370s

135i is not more than the 335i. It is about 6-7k less (comparably equipped). that is why not many 1 series are selling becuase people can get more room and somewhat similar performance numbers with the 3 for not much more money.

fixed it for ya.

The 135i is faster and handles better...

I'm still not sure which one I'd choose...

they are 33.6K msrp for a sport (thats with the rev match).. no where near 40K.. and just wait and you will see people getting these for 30K

.. In my opinion.. its the best car for that price range...you can say its a dead heat with the 135i that costs more

no guy. read alittle closer. someoone mentioned the 370z being 40k so why not get a 335 or g37. and i said that neither of those two while being sportslux cars they are "sportscars" like the z and evo are. then i proceeded to say throwing the 135 would better amongst the two since its more sports oriented. and here is the but bpart. the 135 is more expensive tthan the z and evo. clear now? has nothing to do with the 335 and g37 let alone m3
