Chicago driver's SUCK!!!

We'll after spending 7hrs downtown on Canal street helping my brother inlaw work on his condo, I get 3 blocks from my my mother inlaw house and BANG. A jackass with no ins. runs the red light as I'm turning south on Kostner from Fulerton skids out of control sideways into my wife's car. This guy takes off like a bat out of hell, I tried(but failed) chasing him the guy was flying down alley doing 40mph. Could not get a plate#, police tell me the police camera's he drove by that they have no control over them (BS lazy ass cop). So everyone is ok but her car, so I have to fix the car on my own that way ins. wont go up. I will post photo later. Just wanted to vent.

yeah man that stinks, i've been to chicago many times my uncle lives there, his wife is a pretty crappy driver, lol, but at least the have ins.... i think. lol

I'm glad to hear you're ok. I hope she's not driving a MS6, my cars been in the shop for 6 weeks now due to part on National back order. Good luck with the car, depending on your INS. and driving records you may be ok espcially if you have Un.Ins. protection with your Ins.

I'd go and sit at that intersection for a few days. Most people stick with their habits and he'll probably be back after a few.

I also was told that the blue light cameras will only work if there is a cop in the area for the media to down load. I just dont get why people cant get that data for court purposes, but the police can get anything they want to **** you over.

to bad Wilson isnt a cops son or something. so much for the turbo project. but I would check into that insurance thing it might not go up on a count that your old(shady)

update: I called my step dad and he has a good friend that is a district commander, so they are going to try and get the video from the camera. I hope and pray they.
