What have you done to your P5 today?

i'd suggest building and boosting the P5 if you're looking at getting another car if you want more speed


But, nothing is gonna compare to a bike. Especially being out in CA!

I've been throwing around the idea, but, i've settled on getting a Miata instead of a bike as a weekend warrior/cruiser for the wife and I instead of a bike

I can sit in traffic in the miata and kick on the A/C. Something I can't do on a streetbike in full gear

nice bike, i got a 09 ninja 250r and its pretty nice for my first bike, gets good gas and its pretty comfortable....but has absolutely no speed to it lol my brother has an 09 honda cbr600rr and holy s*** that thing is fast, i rode it the other day and before i knew it i was going 90 lol

but ANYWHO, i gots a problemo

installed my UDP pulley finally, going to work, im liking 1st and 2nd gear a lil more now, go to shift into 3rd and GRRSSHHHHHHHHHCCCCKADLAJSKDJSF it grinds like ****** crazy

im like wtf happened, so i push the clutch in again and put it in gently, on the way home, does the same thing and its been doing it ever since

is my tranny totally ****** up or whats going on? im going to change the fluid and check the shifter linkage sometime before i drive it again, i really am starting to hate this car
everytime i fix something, something else breaks...i just want to part it out and buy a new stock car like a subaru or something else more mod friendly

I am tied between Laser Blue and Pearl White.

But, i'm baised to the Laser Blue!! lol

It'll be easier and cheaper to just stay blue

haha black is a not for sure, and white is a great color but Pro5x2's gota point, it'll be cheaper sticking with blue. I'll see when i take it to the shop to see how much it'll be for the repaint, and reweld of a new front frame bar thing. cause mine is effed up and i have a huge gap from fender to hood on driver side, and grille doesnt fit right.
and should i do single coat or the double coat or whatever?

aw ya, i rode my buddys zx9r once, i couldn't believe the power it had. i'm more of a naked bike kinda guy. i will own this one day

Then again, motorcycle = freedom, great gas mileage, hella fun, AND it makes you look like a bad ass.

I'll still have my P5. It has 115k miles so a rebuild and boost might be on my list. But I agree, nothing compares to riding on a bike. That's why I'm looking for a different riding experience.

Laser blue FTMFW! You know white isn't even a color... It's a lack of color... Just like black... but the other way around (hump)

i would go for a ducati monster lol those s**** are nice

but not worth the $$$$$ in the long run, the valves have to be adjusted every 16k. plus that triple will eat the ducati monster(unless its the 1100)

my p5 has 193k and runs like s***...so i may just sell the turbo parts i already have and get the wrx, subaru plus 3in TBE= holy s*** lol i love the way they sound

but seriously if my tranny is screwed i may just part out the aftermarket and try to sell it or something, its getting warm so i can ride my bike everyday to school and work

HOLY s*** MAN!! my dad has a cb750 bored out to a 900
ITBs full exhaust huge rotors, hard ass clutch...etc.

ive never heard it run tho, he says the carbs are all gummed up and i believe him, its been sitting for 15+ years
