What have you done to your MS3 today?

They say you can go 5000 or more between changes with some synthetics on the newer cars. I still start thinking oil change when i get at 3000. Hard habit to break for the old schooled.

My UOAs show that a 5000 mile OCI works just fine using M1 5W-30 in my MS3. I use a 7500-8500 mile OCI on my X3 and ti, and an annual change on my Wrangler and Speed Triple. I still change the oil in the '02 every 3000-4000 miles, but only because it uses a carburetor.

Took off the wheels - cleaned and waxed them and cleaned out the wheel wells while she is sleeping in the garage. I like a clean car :{)

Install without pics? Lets see it.

forgot to take a pic of when you turn the car over and the gauge goes through its ceremony. its red during that.

turns to amber when the car is turned on and parking lights are off. an

and turns white when parking lights are on.

going to be taking out the cig lighter and put the Air Fuel gauge in its place

1st run : 3rd gear w/ TS BOV in hybrid
2nd run: 4th gear w/ TS BOV in hybrid

Reset my ecu after driving home in limp mode at 63 MPH. No boost, no power, no cruise control, no more than I'd say 10% throttle. Car wouldn't rev past 3000 RPM.

All better now though.

oviously never owned a 4x4 truck that you can crawl under without having to jack up and no pannels to remove...

My friend Billy just left my house. Can't count the number of times we've worked on his truck without jacks or stands. 8 inch body lift plus whatever else he did but man that this is jacked up in the air!! You know its tall when you can sit on a stool under the truck without hitting your head

Body lifts are for posers :)

You can be 6 feet off the ground, but with your pumpkins only 8 to 10 inches off the ground, your going nowhere in the rocks, let alone a hard trail. Try a 6" longarm suspension with 4 linked rear end, with coilovers on all 4 corners for true flexibility and true trailworthiness. Then hang a set of 42" tires, and don't forget to put lockers on both ends and proper gearing for the larger tires. Then perhaps you will get more than 2 feet off the road into the woods.......
