new pictures like a promise(blown engine)

i would like much a visssit bye the gamer police?!

When will an English professor join the forum?

To be clear though, Ford recently sold all of its shares of Mazda, correct? I am assuming that when this took place, if in fact it did, the Ford service attitude went out the door as well. This is my explanation for the engine replacement.
(kiss) <------ that's me kissing this thread and making it all better.

didnt the DISI 2.3 get rated one of the top 10 motors for how many years? and still is i believe..... why would something like that happen without some kind of abuse? im a mazda rookie that just got my MS3, but ive blown up cars one to many times, and they were from getting the piss run out of them, not from factory engineering error or poor build..... I take the side its from your mods, not from the MS3 being a POS, like you stated in your first Thread.

+1.

just because u werent giving it boost when it blew, doesnt mean when u were giving it boost it wasnt weakening the internals.

its not even a question on only our cars, if u wanna go bigger turbo, on any car, u gotta build internals man

did you read what i said later in thread, that i refrained myself from saying the ms3 is a pos and, that i was going to keep this car and that i really enjoy it, but not only ms3 with heavy or slighty mods were blowing up but also some stocks ms3 are blowing up, people should read the whole thread, this one and the last one before making a statement like this, and for your records i do not beat on my car, neither do i abuse it.

send me link to a thread of a COMPLETELY stock ms3 blowing its engine with NORMAL driving, obviously downshifting into 2nd on highway by accident is enough to blow a stock engine. so normal driving, lemme see a thread ?

well yeah obv, okay il change my request. however he found out about stock ms3s blowing engines while not making a driving error, id like to kno too. i just figured he found them on the forums

Aaaaaaaah ok. Well I get my car serviced at the same dealership as he does, so I'll just stop by and ask either the service advisor or the speed tech what happened to the stock cosmic blue speed.

I still call BS; no way is Mazda replacing three engines-one modded with a bad tune-without even looking at the engines.
Question: Does anybody know of any other Mazdaspeed dealer in the US with 2-3 blown engines sitting on the shop floor?

Didn't sell all it's shares see below, Ford is still the largest holder of Mazda shares...

"Ford is to sell about two-thirds of its 33.4 per cent stake for around $538m to Mazda and more than 20 undisclosed Mazda business partners.

Slowing auto sales and the global financial crisis have sent shares of Ford plunging and led to a worse-than-expected $2.98bn operating loss in the latest quarter.

But it will remain the Japanese car maker's biggest shareholder with a 13.8 per cent stake."

Geez, you guys really need to give it a rest!

For those who happen to just "jump" into the thread talking non-sense, make sure you get your facts correct before accusing others. First, start by reading his previous thread...http://www.mazdas247.com/forum/showthread.php?t=123726958

Its all "he said, she said"

So, IF or WHEN he provides distinctive evidence of his engine being replaced, the results will clearly show what happens to a blown modified engine under warranty...

I would like to see better pictures of the engine internals and I'm sure others would too!

I don't know what happened here (seems no one does) yet but I found this:
http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2536158/5
which, if you scroll a little more than half way down - patience, lots of pics - you'll see where the piston snapped in half at the pin, which would probably free it, no?

Excellent photo documentary from this guy.

33.4% is a controlling share of a Japanese company, 13.8% is not. Now that Ford doesn't have a controlling share any more they don't call the shots. They will still have a lot of influence with a 13.8% share, the largest of any single investor, but it will no longer be what Ford says goes.
