how do you know the bulbs are ok!?
alsi check wires make sure its plugged in correctly!
change fuses no matter if they are good!
swap bulbs with the other side.. (thats if just one side is out)
if all fails ask a mazda service guy (keyword ASK dont take it in to get fixed there they rip u off just ask on of the guys working on the cars there, they're usually nice and answer dumb questions!
