HKS cbe questions

I am interested in the HKS exhaust but had a quick question. I've searched for some images of the exhaust on the car and found some but wanted to confirm something. I know the exhaust is horizontally angled, but it is also vertically angled upward or does it remain level? Thanks.

If you have a MS3, then there is NO canister at the back, the tip is straightback just has a slight point to the left. It's typical HKS design to reduce the amount of bends in their system.

I actually just got it a couple weeks back and was surprised to see it angled both to the left and slightly upward. I always loved exhausts that angled up and outward and was really glad I got mine. The sound's not loud but still aggressive enough to get some attention.
