Good News for me! My boys can swim!

There's going to be a new addition to the Spaz Chicken Family around June!

This will be our first. My wife an I have been together for 11.5 years (married 6.5) and we've recently decided the time was right. The business is doing well, we've got a new house and we're not getting any younger (I just turned 27, she's two years older).

We've only been trying (or rather not preventing it) for a couple of months and we found out last Friday... the day after my birthday. What a present! I've been going crazy to tell someone. We finally told her mom and step dad last night. We've got plans to tell my mom and grandma this weekend.

So CONTRATS to me!

Just spent time at my Sister & hubby's place in MA...They have a 4 month old and he's already a handful...It was a great experience for me to see what it's like to LIVE with a baby...Lot of work but definitely worth it!

That's awesome to hear. Congrats!! I hope she does better than when I was born. I was 2 and 1/2 months early and I was 3lbs 13oz. I didn't leave the hospital for a month or more. But Congrats man!

Yeah, the 3D was awesome to watch in real time, they call it 4D. He was putting on a show in 2D, then got shy when she started doing the 3D.

Thanks for your comment on the room, I've spent a LOT of time getting it just how I want it (style & colorwize.) It's only my 2nd try at really "designing" the feel of a room from scratch.

As for mom, now that the first trimester is over (meaning the nausea is gone) mom seems to be holding up well. She's got some minor ligament paid on her hips on both sides and her sleeping patterns have gone all wonky, but other than that she's fine.

Based on the babies size, they're calling for a due date about a week later.

It's always so nice to hear when a couple is expecting a baby at *just* the right time in their lives.

I didn't look at the dates of the first posts and was kinda surprised when the next post was "oh here's pictures of him", lol. Anyways, belated congrats! He looks nice and healthy!!

Oh, and she did have a pretty easy go of it considering she did it with no meds (or a Dr. for that matter). She decided it was time at around 1am, we went to the hospital around 4, and the baby came at 9:15.

Congrats! Quite a cute kid ya got there. My wife and I have a baby girl who just turned 1. How you like being a dad? I love it! Aspecially when they fall asleap on your chest.
