Do these shift the power to higher rpm's or they just extend the power to higher rpm's ??
Kind concerned about loosing low end.

well being one of the first ones sold this item i was installing this on wed December 24th. come to find out it had been machined wrong wouldn't fit into the head right so i called up corksport told them the issue...talk about great customer support they told me that they would overnight a new one to me..sure enough Christmas day i got the new cam..installed it in my head fit great. i could really feel a diffrence in the top end power gain this gave. i give this cam and corksport a thumbs up for the great product and service

How did you find out that they weren't machined properly? I purchased one also and plan to install both a intake and this cam this weekend, but don't want to run into any issue and have to wait a couple days. Is there some measurements I can take or compare to the intake cam I have?

well the way the cam sits down in the head it didn't fully match the bearing journals and the cam didn't fit all the way down in there right i think i got the only one that was machined wrong all the other ones they had in stock were good

OK, thanks. I'll also check with Corksport and confirm. I bought mine the week you were installing yours and just want to be sure.

Tried to install my FS-ZE intake manifold this weekend, but realized I'm missing some small parts off the Fuel Rail. Pulsation damper (BP4X-20-180) is what I'm missing so far and will check with Corksport also on this.

who can i buy one of those cams. i already have the j-spec intake cam. how much for high compression pistons.... will the 2.3 l pistons fit>?
