What have you done to your P5 today?

I had me one of dems....

Yep...2000 GT...the system he has cost quite a bit...pics don't do it justice...

Well, I was just sitting around and so was my Mazdaspeed rear sway bar, but I got off my lazy ass and put it on...YEA...

Drove it for the first time after a week in the Mustang. The P5 feels like a toy by comparison. The short shifter feels tiny, and the clutch feels like the pedals on a video game! It's so soft and engages so close to the floor that I had to ask my wife if it felt normal to her, 'cause to me, it felt like the slave cylinder was leaking.

One could also read this as "damn, that Mustang has a heavy-ass clutch." It's certainly how I felt about the car for the first few days that I drove it!

hows the power difference?

i had a prev gen mustang pace me (it was a v6 and automatic) and i felt that if i had floored it i would have beat him...

my project today...from sub box to sub enclosure,,,,nepoc crew helped me out, i added some mb quarts to the front doors with some nice tweeters!
thanks to chris for all his hard work!!

^^^When I got mine made, I made sure it was wide enough to wedge in between the back so that it wouldn't bounce around...I used to hate that happening...

^^^ ive got that problem.. i just throw the cargo net over it and hope for the best

Substantial! :D

Mine's stick, and this generation V6 is head and shoulders above the previous gen for power. It's no GT, but I'm diggin' it nonetheless!

Hah, I figured that they still had some tread left, and I am way too cheap to buy tires before I have to. I also have snow tires for the winter, so that saved a lot of wear on the dunlops, and so the crappy snow and ice performance of the dunlops wasn't much of an issue. I also don't drive all that much, and most of the time I am pretty gentle on the car.

i know its time to buy tires when i drive in the rain and the car drifts to either side barely accelerating

also although its not a p5 i bought a 323 to put in a p5 engine so that kinda counts

OK so here's whats been done over the last 2 day :) - My P5 was entered at Importfest in Toronto, Ontario

Vinyl graphics, 18" rims (finally put on woot!), and audio goodies :)

heres a pic a friend took today at the show :)

what did you drill into and how?

i just have a small little plate, that came with my momo sub box, and i drilled 2 holes for the plate to stick to the box, and then 2 holes into the metal in the trunk. On the right side of the trunk there should be metal, and like this softer material that is drill-able.
heres a picture of that spot, it'll clarify what im saying.
