Well, when you consider i might be selling my pro5 black'd headlights for $350 or so, and also selling off my current Apexcone HID kit, it really isn't that bad.

Plus I'll be selling my stock foglights to be replaced with projector retrofitted foglights

Yeah, i did most of the work on them myself. Just sent em to Chico to make em match the headlights.

Actually, i've got a thread around here someewhere with pics of my progress on em.

Using foglight projectors out of an 06 Tiburon. Lemme digup some pics

Here's one with the projector output above my stock fogs with PIAA Plasma ION's in the fogs-i'll be upgrading the stock bulbs in the fog projectors also to PIAA plasma ION's and they'll be uber sexy

Projector test fit(just picture it with a Carbon fiber bezel sitting below a projector headlight formed with CF as well

And here they are test fitted. They're probably going to be lined around with Carbon Fiber

Only downside to them is the projectors are quite a few inches deeper than the stock fogs, so, i had to do this

And blue lights are for looks, not function. Simple as that.

White lights offer function without the look at me factor.

Useable light pwns blue

Street signs will still light up at a ridiculous distance, but you won't see anything else with blue/purple.

I went 4300K (pure white) in my car and 4000K (even purer white) in the wife's and couldn't be happier.

So to answer your question Xentec makes sum good/quality blue lights. 10K= BLUE
12K=Purple

I don't think he meant to have blue hids makes a car rice, it is just a rice quality because like he said, rice is looks over function and blue hids are looks over function since the 4000k or 4500k is the best light.

The only other thing to consider is blue HID's MIGHT, and i say might as in it is a possibility, the police harrass you. 99% of teh people on here with blue lights get by fine, but there is that one dousche cop out there that might pull you over for them.

IMO i wouldnt use anything beyond 5k maybe 6k.

They are still a lot of them here, sedan a coupe. They go for really cheap now.

I think we have them evos from 8 or 7 and up.

Remember that the color you put in, is what you are actually seeing. I think i'll get a seizure from from seeing and driving blue all night.
