Greddy Ti-C Exhaust

hey how's everyone doing? i need some help deciding whether or not to get the greddy ti-c exhaust. looks freakin sweet and sounds awesome. but still undecisive about it. on the website it says that they offer the turbo line for it with an 80 mm pipe but it doesn't state turbo like some of the cars on their list. gains i understand should be the same for all exhausts but is the greddy worth it? will i lose any power? pics and sound clips of it this would be appreciated too. thank you!

no power loss, quicker spool from the but dyno. it is the 80mm piping. comes with silencer installed in tip which is a pain in the whoo ha to get out but its because its a flush mount. took me a minute to realize it was threre. i think i have pics but i never took any sound clips.

i will try, might take a day or two. can i just rev it under no load cause those are easy but i got a pregnant wife who doesnt wanna stand on a corner.

sorry wife hasnt been feeling well so these are old but should work it was from the first day i got it. i have never run the silencer so i cant tell you what it sounds like this is without.

dang even with the silencer still sounds pretty good. how did u go about the installion? i understand you have to make a cut somewhere but not really sure where and stuff. sorry probably a noob question.

sorry k-speed i never used the silencer so all those are without it. its not too loud inside sometimes i forget i have it. from the outside i have been told its pretty loud though. with the windows down i hear it, a nice deep rumble. to cut the old exhaust you make a cut right after the rear resonator i believe. i rented one of those exhaust cutting tools from autozone and it didnt do nothing but score the pipe. so i used a dremel for 40% tight fit and sucked and then hacksawed it. if you have a better cutter it can go quick but leave yourself some time for this if you are cutting. but yeah look under the car and right after the second resonator you wanna cut(this would be going back towards the tip. to install the greddy isnt hard cause its two pieces already. bolted up nice onlything i had to do was push the canister towards the drivers side of the bumper cause it was resting on the bumper. but it has never moved back and i am very happy with it. i got mine from optionsauto.com but they are in cali and saved me shipping time and money, jscspeed.com has them and he is a member here. so find someone willing to work it with you and i recommend two people for the install cause the length and weight of the pipe might be fun alone. well take care and let me know if i can help further.

Skeeter I see your considering getting a DP as well, any reason?

I want to get this CB and pair it with cp-e DP, what do you think?

well at this point i want more power and am trying to meet the requirements for stage 2 of the access port. cp-e dp is a wonderful part, and worth the money from what i have read. i am not sure how it will sound it will make the cbe a louder. but i dont know if anyone has actually tried this setup. the thing i love with the greddy is that it never gets too loud and isnt annoying, also the piping on the greddy was bigger then hks. i had a greddy on another car and with the dp it got loud, deep and never raspy but loud. the only thing holding me back is that i am in california and dont wanna deal with the headaches. but i really dont think you can go wrong.

not loud at all but my favorite is still hks hi power than greedy

both two great companies offering two great exhausts for a great car. you cant go wrong. i have just had awesome experiences with greddy(hks didnt make parts for my last car) and was a returning customer. again cant go wrong.

i know its not much but eh. what can you do.
