Got my wheels powdercoated **pics inside**

Ok I got my wheels back. Cost me $225 total with tax for all 4 wheels to be powdercoated in gloss black with 2 coats of clearcoat applied. Not a bad price considering it's $57 a wheel total They did a wonderful job and the wheels are painted inside/out and not a single spec of factory color anywhere on the rim.

I just picked them up from the powdercoating place and there was some dust on the wheels so they need to be cleaned. I wanted to take a few snapshots of the finished product. I'll post more pictures of them with tires and mounted to the car once it gets out of the body shop on the 15th of August.

For anyone that lives in Phoenix or the surrounding area, i would recommend these guys to anyone. They did a great job at a wonderful price.

And Black Powdercoat is the HArdest thing EVaR to photograph..they always look dusty in pics even if they are spotless....
No flash helps with this a lot.

ya i didnt use a flash, it's just super bright outside here in AZ. Rarely do we see a cloud in the sky so it's always sunny. They are full of dust and particles that were floating around in the shop I just picked them up from. Once I got the wheels on the car i'll post up some more pics.

Yea, painted mine black but didnt clear coat. I am now sanding them down to powder coat or have painted again. That double coat of clear was smart! Brake dust comes right off. Powder coating here is $$ like CWP siad. Where did you get these done, I can ship mine there for less than $20 a wheel.

black would like sweet on a red MS3... maybe a bronze or gold? just don't do white... bleh..lol
